Hi everyone, 

Here's my situation. My wife and I both just got promotions and within the next 12-18 months we will be able to put aside approx $25K of "extra cash", should be able to do this on a going forward basis, and are looking to get into passive turnkey real estate investing. We are located in Southern California, but we are looking for companies that specialize in "out of state" investing just because the entry into the CA market is so high. We are NOT looking/willing to pull funds from our 401K's or IRA's. We both have an eye on retiring early and think passive real estate investing might be the best way to go about doing it.

I'm just in the research phase of all this, but what we're looking for is a company that can help us build a PLAN where in the next 10-15 years we are netting a cashflow of $15K per month or more with assets paying themselves off within the next 30 years. Also looking for help in creating LLC's to protect ourselves as well as companies with strong property management ties as well as connections with lenders. (credit won't be an issue, our score is currently over 800).

Honestly I'm very cautious about all of this having never invested in real estate before and $25K is where I'd really like to start. My wife & I work very hard for our money and we don't want to loose a lot incase this all goes belly up.
