Real estate is my biggest passion and I would love to get involved into property management, house flipping or any other form of partnership with experienced individual/company.I live in North West suburbs, have a car and willing to travel pretty much anywhere in Chicagoland.

Is a good tenant absolved from their responsibilities when they break a bay window with a ball, set the kitchen counter on fire, flood the bathroom and destroy the down stairs ceiling, set fire to the carpet, back their car into a garage door, no of course not.

Like many Americans I have debt (credit cards, car, home etc.), so one of my immediate goals is to pay them down.

be carful with the misleaders on the internet that are just after your money.

Now we made the mistake of getting cars and we each have a payments.

For most properties nowadays, I can see the house online and get the basics before I get into the car.

After purchasing our first home two years ago, I replaced my 15 year old car in the same year.

Do you want to be able to walk to local restaurants and bars, or do you want to get in your car and drive to Chilis?
