If you want to store wealth, Class A TK works.

Grocery stores don't offer discounts on milk for friends and family.

Bar is a solo building on the middle of C neighborhood with no other stores around. 

IF the seller stores or otherwise disposes of the items prior to closing then your piece is nice and tidy.

That stuff is available in the dollar stores as well.

I think if you have the funds and area to store materials, it may be worth stocking up on commonly used materials.

Talk with people in the areas you are seeking out and walk, bike, and drive the area at different times and days of the week.
