Hello from Huntington Beach, CA!

There are over 2 dozen meet ups just in the Dade, Broward & Palm Beach counties alone.

Total cash amount would be about $120k-150k in total for both properties.I have been thinking about purchasing a true investment property in a destination location (beach or mountains).

Im new here too and live in Huntington Beach, CA.  

If the area are way far apart, say Long Beach v.

It it seriously a street by street difference between vacation homes close enough to the beach & Pleasure Pier areas versus permanent rental areas more towards Broadway.  

can anyone recommend any? i'm still new to the area and have yet to met any that i'd close with again and are responsive.

My wife is an agent in Volusia county and the Daytona Beach area.

In general, it's doubtful one acre that would have a Mobil home on it that area is worth that much, unless it is very close to the beach, and isn't surrounded by other Mobil homes, which is doubtful.
