Hello from Huntington Beach, CA!

I recently received my real estate license in CA and joined a real estate company as an agent!  Im super excited to be getting back into real estate again.

I was in real estate years ago as and investor and didn't realize the power of investing in real estate and thus made some really DUMB and BAD decisions.   I got into real estate very easily, I inherited it.

Then like many I was taken down in the crash.  Boy was it painful!  I didn't know anything about real estate, didn't have a mentor and honestly I took it for granted.  It still stings today.

However, Im looking forward to rebuilding and to investing in buy and hold properties again.

Additionally, Im looking forward to working as a REALTOR full time.  I think that will allow me more freedom in my schedule and give me the opportunity to find properties for myself.

Im honestly nervous about making this career change but at the same time determined to succeed.  My mom was a real estate Broker for 20 years so I grew up in the industry and real estate is part of my DNA.

Im here at BP because I want to connect with like minded people.  I want to continue to learn what others are doing in real estate and investing to help me make better, wiser decisions.  Additionally, I want to keep up with what is happening in the market.

Im looking forward to this new chapter and to meeting folks here.
