Use 1 or Multiple Agents?

I am looking in a few different areas in the Southern California area and was wondering if I I should work with 1 agent or multiple agents who specialize in their given area.

What are the pros/cons of each?

Thanks for your insight!

@Wei-Der Huang back to the original question...I would work with one agents. Many good agents do not work with people who work with multiple agents (excluding special circumstances).  I only work with clients who are using me exclusively. Im not going to put months of work into serving a client only to have some other agent earn a commission in the end.

Though like I said, excluding special circumstances.  If I have a property come across my desk for instance, that may be ripe for a flipper.....there are flippers I will send the property to who I do not work with exclusively.  I send them the deal, if they want it they buy it through me, then use me to list it on the back end as well.  They are also free to use other agents. In these circumstances though I am not putting in months of work to find them a property.
