Safely I believe you have to have a minimum of 10 units to sign up, and Waivo seems to be raising prices while simultaneously getting more and more strict on denying claims.

Hi Everyone,I own 8 units in Cleveland and recently my property management company has been choosing vendors that charge extremely high prices for any fix. 

I've been charged 1% of the sales price before.

Same price range, but mostly interested in appreciation. 

However, finding these properties at the right price is close to impossible.
