We are the masters of 12-20 unit buildings!

Unless you wear a red suit, have a white beard and collect your rents in a sleigh, that doesn't sound like smart business to me.

We are thinking of either kicking out the current tenants, fixing it up a little and renting it out for more.  

I've read so many  posts lately and honestly a lot of them are intimidating but I'm hoping to gain the knowledge and wisdom through more reading and with your guidance.one "problem" that we are running into are how to fund real estate property.

We are in KC as well.

We are interested to get to know other area investors, learn from their experiences, and guidance. 

Since we are new to flipping houses so we are looking for information on how to get started and how to find financing as well as properties.

My partner and I are eager to get started but we have limited funds and we'd like to use private money (if we can find any lenders) to fund these deals but then how do we prove that we are worth lending to without any deals?

Unless you can survive such an event, it is probably best to wait a bit and build up some more capital and consider taking a plunge when you get closer to $50k or more.  

Now we are working with RE agents and driving for dollars to find our first deal and from there the sky's the limit!
