New Member from Kansas City

Hello all my name is Grant Ewing (28) and I am from Kansas City, MO.  I have joined BiggerPockets to learn more about real estate investing as this is something that I have always wanted to do!  I currently have no background in real estate but have spent time researching and preparing myself for my first investment.  My intent is to do this part time and see where it goes from there.  My goals are undecided yet as I would like to create myself a business plan first, however broad goal would be to maintain the drive I have to be successful in real estate.
