New REI in the Dallas/Fort Worth Market

My wife and I have been interested in starting a Real Estate Investing business in the Dallas / Fort Worth area for about a year now. We have been doing all the up-front research and reading, setting up our back-end systems, developing our business plan, and networking (when we can, we have 5 kids that take up a lot of our time :p). Now we are working with RE agents and driving for dollars to find our first deal and from there the sky's the limit! I've been surfing the forums and listen to the podcast and webinars here on BP for the last 6 months and have learned a TON... wish I would have found this place before we spent $20k on a guru, but you live and you learn I guess! :) Anyways, excited to finally be taking action and look forward to networking with all you fine people!
