Start thinking about what criteria you want to use to choose/disqualify a tenant, making sure you don't discriminate (blatantly or even steer with comments or directions to property).Good luck!

In this instance, based on your comment, it looks like the date of loss was prior to you having a possible insurable interest in the property.

Reading everyones comments has allowed me to make the educated observation that not a single one of you should go to the first Flipping Formula 3 day seminar.

Such as - I can't comment for 24 hours after the post goes up, or something like that.To be honest Bill, if I did turn someone off to myself or intimidate someone, it's likely because of the posts I write on forums and the BP blog - not by commenting here lol :)But, I see your point and I kinda agree!

They seem to have a scary "internet lock down" on any negative comments anyone makes.

It has perplexed me why this house hasn't sold but these comments are insightful.
