Interesting comments about a hard to sell flip from buyers who passed

An hour after putting this house under contract by a different buyer's agent, I received this from my agent about the house. Fortunately (as long as the contract goes through) I no longer have to worry about this. It has perplexed me why this house hasn't sold but these comments are insightful.

I have shown DELETED ADDRESS several times and it always starts out good and ends up….'This house is way too small, all the bedrooms are jammed down the same hall. There is no door to the back yard, No where to have a cookout with a little privacy.' That seems like a small thing but it turns out to be the killer of the deal.

To add to that a bit the house looks great when walking in and from the outside, but it has no back door- only a side door that opens onto a cross street. This doesn't seem like a very big deal but this house has set a lot longer than I ever expected it to and this could be why. I will keep this in mind when looking at deals in the future.
