We need advice, we just attended a Scott Yancey real estate seminar. They offer a 3day Seminar that is supposed to teach us how to invest in real estate. They promise to allow us to use their funding, up to $750,000 per deal and they only take 1% plus $495 after closing. Is it worth spending the $1997 for the class? Please let us know at your earliest convenience. Thank you Ken

Anytime someone is looking for information about a specific guru program I suggest they submit a Google search with the name of the program followed by "scam" and start reading.  In many cases, it doesn't take long to figure out there are better ways to utilize money and time.
