hello,

i am thankful i found this site as i was doing a search on info for renting a home out. my husband and i want to rent our home. this is all new to us and have no idea where to begin.

can you please recommend a legit site for credit checks, background checks and 1 yr lease contracts. any other info that you may think is needed for us as new landlords is greatly appreciated, thanks!
