Obviously, the shower water got all over the tenants bed and the tenant had to wash the sheets as well as anything else that got water damage.

They all have their reasons, the other unit is bigger, more natural lights, its an end unit, closer to laundry, more storage etc etc etc...I have done this in the past, allowing one unit to move into another, but it translated into more work because instead of having to turn over one unit for rent, I have to turn over two units.Now, with unit 3 moving out, instead of turning over unit 3, if I let them all switch, I have to turn over ALL 4 UNITS!

It allows you to pick a task you want completed (specific like painting, power washing, house cleaning or even general like handyman, etc.) and then the zip code of the area you are looking and different local options will pop up who you can message and ask for quotes through the app.

Also immediately buy and set a lease addendum that you need working leak detectors in every leak able spot (under bathroom and kitchen sink vanities, by dishwasher, by washing machine, by hot water heater, by ac condensate line, anywhere basement might flood ( near sump pump).
