Does anyone have or know any resources for analyzing car washes?

For an extra charge, the cleaners may be willing to do with laundry at their home, although I did this once and had mixed results.

I make sure they have enough TP, DIsh pods, Laundry pods, and Trash Bags for the entire stay. 

It will be a little trying for 6 units to use - they're slower because they do both washing & drying - but that would be way better than expecting tenants to drag wet laundry around.

If someone refused to pay for a wash & fold at my laundromat, I might be out $100, but I simply wouldn’t do their laundry again.

So we have been going to a local laundromat for laundry.

Adding this circuit in would likely be quite expensive depending on access between the laundry area and the panel.
