My wife and I have both found our passion for STR. Wondering if anyone on here is investing in this market and what they have to say about it. There seem to be some decent deals on the MLS in the area. What kind of tools do you use for automation? Are there any recommended cleaners? How do you find a good handyman? Are there any STR restrictions I should be aware of (so far in my research I haven't found any. I will be investing from out of state so I want to make self managing as efficient as possible. The market to me seems promising but I figured i could get some other opinions as well as some tips. Ive tried searching the forums but haven't found much. Thanks!

As for local questions see if you can contact local STR owners and see if they can help you. Maybe even a local real estate club.

You can find local owners advertising on Vrbo, Airbnb, FB market place, Craigslist etc.
