The 1st thing I did was get a lawyer to create a lease that incorporated all of my policies (which he modified so they would be legal and enforceable) and set up a LLC and an umbrella policy to protect our assets.

In the short term, pay what whatever the loan servicer says you need to pay is.Medium term, a QWR is a whole different ball game and you are at least getting things in writing and working with compliance people, not useless call center idiots.

What is the point of having a contract if you don't enforce the terms when a contractor breaches them?
