My goal is to find employment and learn as much as I can. 

Just like theres no way for an employer to tell if a persons resume is valid or false.

I'm currently employed making around the average annual income of someone with my degree in my location. and of course, I also have some student debt on my head.

A training and experience that many aviation employers are looking for.  

We are both employed and are working to purchase several more properties in the future.

I find it's more commonly employed for individuals who are in a higher tax bracket where PMI is not tax deductible, but mortgage interest is.

Simply put, I design and implement technical solutions for oil and gas organizations.Currently, I am employed by a major oil and gas company for about 15 years, however, not so certain about the longevity of my career in this field due to incredibly low oil prices.

I could HELOC my home then get hit by a bird square in the face and Be blinded for life then fall and break my arms resulting in inability to work...then lets say the two big employers around my town go under and bam I need four new roofs three ACs  and renters are sparse cuz of lay offs....

Uncle Sam is my employer (until I achieve my freedom number of course) - pretty common in these parts.I am completely new to REI and spend each day chipping away at the mountain of knowledge on this site, the BP podcasts, and some books I own.
