Hello all,

I'm a new BiggerPockets member from the DC,MD,VA (DMV) area. I currently reside in Frederick MD. I'm a novice to real estate investing and am hoping to leverage the BiggerPockets community for advice and tips to get up and running on my journey.

My goal is to invest in my first buy and hold property by the summer of 2016. I'm really interested in possibly buying a small multifamily home and living in one unit while renting out the other one to three units. Any information about the multifamily market in the Frederick, MD area would be awesome.

A little background about me. I graduated in May of 2014 with a B.S. in business. I'm currently employed making around the average annual income of someone with my degree in my location. and of course, I also have some student debt on my head. I'm a little on the risk averse side, but I'm eager to start building wealth and not just earning income behind a desk.

As I grow and learn as an investor, I hope to contribute to the BiggerPockets community by sharing my own advice, knowledge and tips!

Warm Regards,

Jesse Enyidah
