I have heard about various schemes but never seen anyone really do it.I think if someone is issued a 2% ownership to play this game the knife could cut both ways, this means this renter owner can attend HOA meetings and cast a vote to paint the building pink and even run to be the treasurer of the HOA and assume partial control of HOA funds?

The RV must be gone by 6 pm or as per the lease it will be towed and the tenant will pay . ( I can re paint the door ) I also called his voice mail .
