Did you know you can just paint the existing tiles over??

I have heard about various schemes but never seen anyone really do it.I think if someone is issued a 2% ownership to play this game the knife could cut both ways, this means this renter owner can attend HOA meetings and cast a vote to paint the building pink and even run to be the treasurer of the HOA and assume partial control of HOA funds?

The RV must be gone by 6 pm or as per the lease it will be towed and the tenant will pay . ( I can re paint the door ) I also called his voice mail .

Be sure if painting or installing new surround that the tub doesn't get caulked in.

He expects the carpet to be ruined, the dog to pee everywhere[pet deposit], and new paint to be needed.

So if there is ever a judgement & insurance doesn't cover it (lead paint exclusions are a big one up here).

The refrigerator and stove were so nasty it took 3 hours of scrubbing with bleach and a paint scraper (literally) to clean them.

It was a $2000 paint job for one room.

I paid a contractor to install HVAC and paid painters to paint inside and out and refinish the woodwork.Now we are in the process of saving money for a DP again.

Is the Drylock paint ok for that, or should I paint over it with another coat of something else afterwards?
