Refinishing of bathtub

I'm flipping a house that needs minor work. In the main bath we'll be doing a little more extensive rehab. Should we refinish the tub first and then rehab the bathroom - or rehab the bathroom first and leave the refinishing of the tub till the end?

I would wait till the end so after you refinish there are no dings/scratches
