Me and I'm certain there are others, would like to hear about your very 1st deal. What was it, steps you took to make it happen, were you solo with no partner or mentor or if you had a mentor, who was it? and how much did you make at it.

I did my first deal when I was 19. I had great credit and between me and my significant other we had a decent chunk saved up for a down payment. I used student loans to finance the rehab over two years, and sold immediately after two years (avoided those wonderful capital gains). I bought it for 89k and sold for 137k with about 15k invested.
I've been hooked ever since.
