..... With a homeowner and or tenant already in the house. The house is on hubzu (which I'm not really a fan of) and I currently am the highest bidder. I'm debating on whether its worth dealing with the poteinal headache..
The outside of the home is maintained nicely, at 24k and since there are people currently living in the house the inside cant be too much of a mess..
The house is in Pa, does anyone have any first hand experience with what I could possibly be dealing with.?

I would be adding it as another rental property, current home values are @80k

Ha ha ha ha ha ... I couldn't stop laughing at that one!

I purchased a house where someone WAS living there and there were mouse droppings all over the place, and the tub/shower really didn't work, and the upstairs bathroom didn't work ... so apparently this person did not bathe. The refrigerator and stove were so nasty it took 3 hours of scrubbing with bleach and a paint scraper (literally) to clean them. The floors were so dirty I didn't even want to sit down on them let alone touch them. Believe me, you don't know how people can live like that but they can ...
