Seeing some cold-hearted, business only decisions from my fellow landlord colleagues in other threads.

The banking system is extremely healthy now.

I like to cold call, but for 50% of the list, I can't find any phone number (I'm in Canada, our privacy laws are different than the US). 

However it is extremely rare.

I have since determined that the partnership works extremely well and together we are far stronger.  

With all of the volatility in the stock market, I wanted to offer some insight into my investing experience and how I position my overall portfolio to get through extreme volatility like what we are currently seeing.

I know no one can answer this with certainty but I am putting an offer on a duplex today and getting cold feet.

I don't work in banking and I am not a lawyer, but I have been told that the acceleration clause being activated is an extremely rare event.If the LLC has a solid credit history, it's a different situation, but you might be looking at a commercial loan with higher interest rates, etc.  

@Krista Kennedy I am attempting to do similar and banking on a cold real estate market in the 2nd half of the year.
