I'm with Jon Klaus - I see my first few as education (and a lot cheaper education than going to grad school or law school would have been.)Also - be sure to set up keyword alerts for terms like "army," "PA," "Pittsburgh," and "Pennsylvania" so you'll be notified when those topics come up on the forums, letting you network with people near you or about topics you most care about!

Also - be sure to set up a Keyword Alert for "Flipping," "Multifamily," "multi-family," and for your city as well so you'll be notified whenever a forum discussion talks about those things!

Be sure to set up some Keyword Alerts for the topics you want to be notified about (like flipping, wholesaling, etc) so you can stay informed when those things are being talked about in the forums!

If you fill out the keyword alerts with your area, type of property you are interested in, etc., whenever that term comes up on forums you will be notified.
