Here in San Diego county, condos can still be found 50-70% down from peak values. b) Many folks who discourage condo investing argue that financing is virtually impossible on non-warrantable condos, which makes resale virtually impossible.

My attorney in San Antonio sued this guy and informed me that Armando was sued by many others for scams and failed RE ventures.Anyways, for those who are new to RE, DO NOT be fooled by these RE gurus and their marketing and sales tactics.
