Anyone else curious about that 'Find Private Investors' AD at the top of BP?

The ad says Find Private Investors Thousands of Investors, looking for deals to invest in. Get Funded Now! www.RaiseMeCapital.com

So I checked it out, although did not sign up yet. The "free" package lets you sign up and place an ad if you are "Looking for Funding". Interesting that the sign-up looked the same for "Looking for Partners" selection. The "Sample Ad" for each looked exactly the same too. Same grammar error in each.

You can view the ads (sans contact and location information)... some look reasonably promising (and making me want to join up) and some are downright hilarious. "I need around $600,000.00 to put together my LLC and buy my first properties... I believe I can acquire and rent out properties for a great income... had to declare bankruptcy... went over 6 months with no income due to the housing crash... our credit is in the 400's..."

I know at first this site looked like it's promoting a 'general solicitation' form a regulatory standpoint, but the site is operating more like an 'online newspaper' or simple 'online ad site', sort of like craigslist... as opposed to prosper.com, which is "in the middle" of the transaction. I'm curious what others in BP nation think.
