I am an electrical engineer by education, but I've realized the last few years I like the business aspect of things, and think this would be something I enjoy doing full-time.Because I don't have the capitol or the experience to jump right into it, I have decided I would like to get into project management for smaller projects, such as single family or multifamily homes.

If you enjoy working alone you certainly can, you could also have an admin to help you with paperwork and/or accounting and it can it always stay that simple.

In commercial the deals are bigger and the search process longer so a bunch of upfront work but I don't mind because I enjoy the work.The beauty of real estate is there are so many different paths to take.
