Hello everyone! If my topic doesn't say it all, I'll just be blunt. I am a newbie, and an aspiring real estate investor. I've read Rich Dad Poor Dad and interviewed with their coaching program to find that if I paid $4,000, I could be an accomplished investor with one property. However, one thought came to mind. Couldn't I find a mentor in Denver, CO that I could benefit while being benefitted?

That's what this post is about. I was hoping to send a signal to all you BP members to see if you had any tips on finding a mentor, or you yourself are looking for an apprentice in the area. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to learn the industry.

Thanks for reading, and of course for any advice you can give!

GG
