New guy in Boston!
Hey all,
I am graduating in May from UVM and joining In Realty Inc. real estate agency as a salesperson. I worked for them last summer when I obtained my license, and and did really well in a small amount of time (12 transactions in less than 2 months, including a three family home). I am excited to be rejoining the company, and am hoping to use my earnings to become an investor in real estate. Outside of work I enjoy golf, tennis, and just being social.
Question: what do you all reccommend for investing at a young age? I am on the line between focusing on starting a buy and hold career or flipping. New to the industry to any advice is welcome :)
Thanks for your time everyone,
Chris Joy
