Been prowling the forms for a while and finally took the plunge!

I am still in the infancy of my real estate investment career, just gobbling up as much information as I can. Ready the UBG went through the Podcasts and am now chewing up some of the recommend reading from the podcasts.

Looking to wrap up my information gathering phase in the next 4 to 8 months and then make the jump in to buying multifamily homes in the beginning of 2014. Planning on targeting houses with 3 to 4 units, for a buy and hold strategy, still trying to work out the exit plans part of the business plan.
Wife is in the process of getting her real estate license as she has been in property management for the last 2 years and really enjoying it.

Looking forward to joining the community.
