I'm a city boy with country roots, so while adapting to the area has been somewhat challenging, it's nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city.

I think theirs good guaranteed cashcashflow potential. . . as long as I can handle the headaches which I'm up to the challenge.

Thanks for any comments.We live in a small town not far from a very popular tourist area where river-based activities are common - tubing, kayaking, canoeing, fishing etc.
