Real estate investing in rural areas. Anyone else?
My sister and I are starting out in real estate investing. We are from rural upstate new york has anyone else had success investing in rural areas? Eventually we could invest in rochester, binghamton, ithaca or elmira...these are bigger cities near us. But to start we both have jobs and kids and cant travel on a daily basis until we are more established. Any input?

Hi @Nicole Wood, welcome to the BP community. I'm sure you'll have a lot of people chiming in. It would also be worth talking to @Brandon Turner, he is investing in rural areas and has great success.
Wishing you lots of success!
