Greetings everyone,

Like the title says I'm from Utah and now living in Panama. I was born and raised in SLC joined the military then returned after my enlistment. I then decided to pursue my dream of being a pilot and now I'm biased out of Panama flying a 737. I am turning 30 and have spare time on my hands, so I'm going to start in real estate investing.  Real estate has always interested me and after my first purchase and sell of my old home my peaked my interest. My plan is to purchase my first property in the first quarter 2016 with almost a turn key house. I don't want to bight off more than I can chew on the fist deal :p. I'm interested in a multi family property or even a house where I can covert it into one. It depends on the market but I'm leaning to buy and hold on the first few properties then move onto possibly flipping or both.

I am looking forward to meeting and interacting with many of you alone my new adventure.
