I'm a football coaching school psychologist, born and raised in sunny Los Angeles.  27, fresh out of grad school, and ready to get rich quick... just kidding! 

What I though back then is to consider it as a saving plan for college tuition for my 2 kids, assuming I will have a good equity from principal and appreciation in 15 years ( presumably my kids will attend college in 2025).

Eventually, I would like to build something where disadvantaged kids in lower income neighborhoods have a safe place to play and study and develop their skills.
