From what I'm looking at, trying to sign up, there are only Gold and Platinum packages, and 2000 records is between $80-325 / month.

Also invested in a package of 3; a yield play but with the down turn and location of these properties we will be lucky get 50% back with no distributions.

I have yet to close a package deal, all of my deals have been individual deals.
