Does anyone have experience with Ivory Home’s predesigned materials packages?

It’s true that many property management companies are now incorporating tenant benefit packages as part of their offerings.

Garrett, these packages sound like they are a hit for your properties. 

So the places we all encounter that don't even have a wheelchair ramp at the entrance (at the appropriate incline, etc), even though it would be relatively easy to put in, aren't compliant (envision a storefront set back 10 feet from the sidewalk).

It's a dishonest promise.If you are in foreclosure, it sounds like you are either there or headed that way,  what you are encountering is a "foreclosure scheme" they are illegal in most places and for good reason.

Has anyone else encountered a situation like this?

They sell you a package to enter and then find you people to stay and never paid you back!

It was one of the toughest properties we've encountered.
