Non-Disclosures?
Hey guys,
I'm lucky enough to have access to lots of exclusive asset packages because I used to be a buyer. I am no longer in a position to buy huge packages, but I have contacts that can probably move the assets and make me quite a bit of money. For example, I recently got a 1200 asset package from a hedge fund. Lucky me. The problem is I can't afford it myself and before I can view the package I have to sign non-disclosures.
Second problem. If I don't have to sign non-disclosures, how do I get non-disclosures that people take seriously. I want them to have teeth, even though I assume enforcing them is probably difficult and unlikely, I want to protect myself and my connections. All advice appreciated!!
