What should be my next step?

Hello all,

I have been a long time reader and thank all you guys for the feedback.

I am here to get feedback of some experienced investors to see if they can help me take the next step in my REI career.

I started investing in RE a couple of years after the market crashed and have been doing rental properties. As of today, I have 25+ rental units and REI is what I do full time. The properties that I have are a mix of SFHs to 4 units. I am very fortunate to be in the situation where I don't need the income from my rental properties for daily expenses. I primarily use the rental income to reinvest in RE or other income generating assets.

I am planning to purchase couple of more SFHs in next few weeks, so the rental units number will go up.

Majority of the units that I own are high cash flow units, but lately I have been focusing on Cash Flow plus Value SFHs.

I have a full time employee who helps me with management of the properties and a part time maintenance person.

Every now and then I wonder if I am on the right track with my portfolio mix. I wonder if I should do some flips or keep focusing on rental properties. Even within rental properties I wonder if I should focus on SFHs or multi units or commercial properties.

So I am hoping someone can provide me some feedback as to what should I focus on.

If you would like any other information, please feel free to ask.

Thanks!
