Divide Property with 2 rentals? Or sell as whole?

I am going to sell 9 acres w/ pond and 1 double wide, 1 single wide (both currently rented), & steel pole barn, Question is: Would it be easier in the current loan lending situations to divide up the property or sell it as a whole? I have heard many lenders are not doing land package deals with manufactured homes nowadays. Its marketing it correctly I'm mostly concerned about. Would putting it up as one parcel and say "will divide" a good option? Been out of the investing market for some time every things changed so much not sure.
