Jack was the most creative investor I have ever known. 

I sold that property and in process of inquiring two SFH With help of a little creative financing (thanks @Brandon Turner and yes bought your book).

On the investment side I think a new agent is less likely to be rigid and is open to creative methods and as a commercial mortgage banker I think that they may still be building their team and are open to working with new people. 

I'm really interested in the creative financing side of investing in Real Estate  whether I use that creative financing to flio the house or just rent it out.

I'm still learning up on the lease-to-own option and it's one of the more creative options to go about a deal.
