Good morning fellow BP'ers, especially those in the Columbus, Ohio Area

I am in search of places to discover potential properties that I could refer clients to for investment purposes. I am building a network to provide clients with tools to find properties, hopefully before the hit the MLS as it seems things are often gone before I can get my hands on them.

I have run across a few auction sites, and of course the county foreclosure searches. Is their anything else out their that I may be missing? I hear Coree is a good one as well. Just trying to ensure I am not leaving any stone untouched.
