Staying on budget for Rehab
Hi All,
I'm closing on a property, that I'm planning to live in, the end of this month. We are planning to do add a master bathroom and relocate the kitchen to the other side of the house. Budget looks high and most likely I'm going over it. Any tips and safeguard on staying on budget?
I'm also looking for REI friendly contractor in Springfield Pa, Delaware county. Anyone have any recommendation for a RELIABLE contractor?
BTW -- I'm planning to do reverse bandit signs to find contractors. By putting up signs "Contractors Needed, Rehabbing a house, must be insured and license and reliable".
Thanks in advance
