Hello all,

Well I can't really say I am new to BP because I have been poking around BP for years. I think it is time to come out of the wood works and introduce myself.

A little about me I started investing without really know what was doing it started with House Hack, renting out my basement. Looking for ways to better and optimize my basement apartment I stumbled on BP and instantly got hooked.

I was making pretty good cash flow with basement apartment but I was also just blowing the money. BP made me realize the potential of real estate investing.
I sold that property and in process of inquiring two SFH With help of a little creative financing (thanks @Brandon Turner and yes bought your book). My Goal and niche is to build portfolio of Buy and Hold units and try some flips in the process.Cash will always be a concern and how I will inquire the next unit.

Now I need the support of BP. This is my first Buy and Hold any tips for first time investor would be appreciated. I am here to learn and excited to get my Real estate business growing.

I am from Utah, Ogden Weber / Davis area and love to golf any local investors want get game and talk shop hit me up.

@Roger Middleton Welcome to BP! Or rather welcome to having a profile!

Our beginning stories sound similar.  I also realized we had a duplex after buying our first house. So we renovated and rented out the basement. It was only after this that I found BP and then realized that you could do this more!

We have since added 3 more properties to that original duplex!
