@ks with my career path because they just were being mean.I have since realized a W2 has not much to offer other than money, health benefits and a 401K, but you cant really have your kids take over your W2 job.

I'm getting (potential) deals coming my way and my public speaking career is starting to get up some momentum.I'm not saying you'll take 30+ years like I did, I'm just saying everyone's different.I know - that's hard to hear if you're out of work or "your take home pay won't take you home".

I am still in the beginning stages of my investing career and although I've started off in the Miami, FL market I am looking to make some purchases in the Tampa, FL area.

I've recently moved to Long Island and am a young professional looking to begin a career in real estate investment.
