Yeah.  It is a cool way to be involved but not be really involved.  The key is finding the right deals and the right people to trust in the process.   

No, I have not invested this way because we want to be more hands on, but there are some great local turnkey companies in Memphis so am fairly familiar with the process and the folks involved.  Personally, I love seeing folks investing in my community!
