Should I focus on consistency or amount per mailing campaign?

Can someone provide me insight on how to approach and assure the success a marketing campaign.

I am very new to the business and we were just going to start a direct mail marketing campaign when I realized that I ordered a rather large amount of postcards, fractionally too small for USPS EDDM program.Now I have a huge glut of postcards with few option on what to do with.

First thing do is start with throwing anywords you can think of in your campaign and set the daily and monthly limit low to begin with.

We market to cash buyers thru bandit signs, craigslist, and other marketing campaigns then we find out what our buyers are looking for.

Direct mail campaigns to succesful rental businesses will likely yield poor results.4.

I am new to wholesaling and real estate investing in general and have begun my marketing campaign but have yet to receive any serious leads.

I also need a site designed to track investors to wholesale my discounted cashflowing properties to and do a little email campaign every other week or once a month.

They use a lot of words in their ad campaigns that basically mean they are a discount store, but rarely do you see the word "discount" in any WalMart branded marketing.
