There are so many vacation rentals here in North Conway that there are hardly any long term rentals.

Hi all,There was a thread several days ago regarding a different issue with assigned parking, so I thought I would keep with a variation on the theme.We've got a small multi-family building (4 unit) that has just two off-street parking lanes - each assigned to one of the two larger units in the building.I am having an issue with a tenant (who is assigned one of the spaces) using BOTH spaces.  

Skip Tracer is the only way I can think of at the moment Try Memphis moonlighters located on 100 North Main. 

I am looking for one in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina.  

Primarily focusing on the tri-county Indiana area north of Louisville, KY.

I am an agent/investor north east of the City, Barrow county area.

Louis is our local market so we are slightly biased but I also hear good things about rural North Carolina, Cleveland OH, and Oklahoma City

Is this property on a street like High St. or Spruce St., as opposed to the smaller streets that run perpendicular and have less visibility for the businesses.

We lived in SW Portland & I recall someone at the REIA ( NWREIA) stating they found resonable MF North of Salem Oregon - Possibly Newburg ( were reasonably priced?)
