Finding Absentee Owners on Vacants

Hey BP fam,

Can anyone share with me how to find the Absentee owners of a Vacant House? I've run into a few vacants in Memphis and on the county assessor's site it shows the owner's mailing address is the same as the property address. So how can I go about finding the owner?
